Default Insomnia on Weightlifting days

Okay, what the heck?!?

It seems that on days I lift, I can't go to sleep that night. Or it takes me hours and hours to fall asleep. What's up with that?

I think I only got about 5.5 hours of sleep last night. I worked out around 3pm. I confess I don't feel too bad today.

Dunno. Maybe there is a connection, especially with a workout that far into the afternoon.

I confess that if I don't get my workout time before noon, I'm likely to skip it completely. So I haven't had a similar experience with insomnia.

Let us know if you make the connection.

Ugh... the bad thing is most days I can't lift until after work. I guess now that I am making the connection I might as well just stay until until 11pm and get stuff done. LOL!
