Default I know this sounds crazy

I know this sounds crazy but I have lost cms - I am in 2nd month of Atkins -I lost about 3 kgs first month and nothing since - except that my clothes are getting looser. It feels as though I cant make the scale move down no matter what I do???

I know its good to loose cms but its so frustrating!!!

Can anyone tell me why?
I did start gym about 3 weeks ago but honestly not doing anything that has
made me gain much muscle

Please HELP!!

Are you still doing induction? This is my second time around on Atkins but the first time I started off slow with weight loss too. Are you eating processed foods, Atkins bars, or anything like that? If you're clothes are getting looser you're obviously doing something right. Maybe in addition to, or in lieu of, weighing yourself you could also take your measurements on a monthly basis.

I found a really good article on there about how the scale is not an accurate representation of weight loss. I will try and find it for you.

It's completely normal to lose cms or inches when you are not losing weight on the scale. I almost never lose them both at the same time.

Is this the one, Alexajoi?

Thanks so much for this information - it really was getting me down, but I feel more motivated now. I am also drinking lots of water now as this may have been part of the problem. Thanks again.
