Julia's You Can Do It Log!!!
I'm starting a log in hopes that this will help keep me motivated & help me continue my path to health and fitness. I've started a new exercise plan and the following is what I've done so far.
Two days ago I started Core Secrets.
I did the 45 min. accelerated tape.
Yesterday I did the 3 mile Walk Away the Pounds tape.
Today I'm doing the accelerated workout again along with the 1 mile (WATP) workout.
