maintaining and eating off plan on the weekends?
Can you eat whatever you want to eat on the weeknds...meaning several desserts....breads, pastries, pasta....and then be able to work your weight back down during the week?
Is this a strategy that anyone here uses?
I can't do this at all.....I will have a treat food maybe once a week...but its just one thing and a small amount at that.
If I eat out, the salt used in cooking causes me to see a 2-3 lb bounce on my scale just from water retention.
Just wondering!!
