TODAY IS SUNDAY 9/20/15
BIGGEST WINNER GAME #19 began SUNDAY 9/13 and will end with weight SUNDAY 9/20.
It is OPEN TO ANYONE THAT FOLLOWS DANDR..1972 or 1992
Positive attitudes and a sense of humor is a big help.
FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION!.....NASA (and US!)
WE DO NOT FAIL BECAUSE WE KEEP TRYING, AND THAT IS BECAUSE
IT IS NOT THE HAND YOU WERE DEALT BUT THE WAY YOU PLAY THAT HAND THAT COUNTS!
We have learned and keep learning how our bodies adjust to the ever changing dynamics of life. We follow the Philosophies set forth by DR ATKINS in DANDR..1972 or 1992 versions.
It does not get easier as we get to goal and we accept that we will keep trying and not give in to old habits. We move forward, even if we take steps backward, we strive for success.
WE ARE THE A-TEAM!

No change for me today.
Sorry for the gain, Himi. I never ate chia seeds, but if they are similar to the chia pets, you may be growing something in your stomach that caused the gain.
Tam: Congrats on the loss of almost a pound. Even though you didn't win, you had a great loss this week.
Paulette: It sounds like your work is either feast or famine! I know how stressful it us to meet those deadlines, especially when everyone is pushing you. You are one of the greatest contributors to this team, so you never need to apologize when you don't have a lot of time to post. We all go through those times.
Chrissie is also doing great even though she is away. 4.3 lbs is a lot of weight to lose in one week at her current weight. Congratulations!
Brenda: Nice to hear from you and thanks for the recipe. I love garlic butter fish!
Kathy: Concert was great!!! That is the first one I wen to, but it won't be the last. Again, it is held in a small junior high school auditorium before they built the new middle school. They now use it for weekend movies, but it only holds probably 300 to 400 people. They've had Little River Band, Kenny Rogers, Wyonna Judd and Vince Gill in the past but I was usually busy or away and never had a chance to go. You have your assigned seats and we were in the second row of the middle section. Great seats and a great concert. Nice way to spend a Friday night with no traffic or crowds to fight.
Glad to hear Jodi is down a pound, but sorry to hear about her back trouble. Hopefully, it doesn't affect her riding!
Cricket: Hope you had a chance to rest after your mowing and are feeling better. Please don't overdo it. From the sounds of it, none of you are feeling 100%. Hope things get easier for you relative to your eating as you juggle between LC and TC. I'm going to try to take my lunch to work this week to see if that helps since our cafeteria choices sometimes don't offer LC options. The manager and many of the staff know how I'm eating so it's sometimes frustrating to not have any choices. If I plan better, I know that will help to eliminate the appetite and cravings.
I have my follow-up eye appointment tomorrow so I'm hoping I make out okay since we're leaving for our trip on Saturday. It seems better, but I still have the floater which I think my last for awhile.
My son was home this weekend but since he was busy with the wedding, I didn't get to spend much time with him. We did get to see him a few hours this afternoon, before he left. He had to head back tonight as both he and his girlfriend have to work tomorrow night.
