So looks like it's a bit of a ghost town in these parts! I'm still at 138 - teetering a few ounces each day. I'm eating well and still exercising every day for 45 minutes to an hour. I'm really getting tired of the scale no budging. My calorie intake is consistently under 1200, so yeah, I have no clue what the deal is.
While I haven't been doing low carb, I've still been keeping my carbs WAY down. I was hoping the low calorie and low carb combo would really start burning the fat away. But apparently I was wrong! lol
It could also be muscle building, I know, but I feel like I've been exercising enough now that I should be past the muscle build up. But again, I'm not really sure about all that.
Anyway, it's Thursday, and I'm going to keep on doing what I'm doing. The weight HAS to start moving eventually!!
