Question

Any before/during/after cholestorol readings out there ??

Does anyone have any before/during/after cholestorol readings ??

The wife and I are in our 4th week ... down 22 pounds (wife down 23 pounds). We know our cholestorol readings from a couple of months ago, but have not had them talen since then ... we're a little leary.

I would like to hear the answers for this, too.
After doing Atkins for 6 mos, my cholesterol is 6.6 (the norm is 5.2)
LDL: 4.8 (norm 3.4)
HDL: 1.94 (0.90)
So, I am working on reducing my cholesterol. I did not get it checked before, yes, I know, that's a

so, no, I can't say the plan has raised it. Years ago, my cholesterol was fine.

I have before and during in my siggy line. I'm quite a ways from "after" yet though

There are lots of threads in the Cholesterol and Heart forum about this so I would suggest you start there.
