Back to basics ~ Atkins Induction for three weeks at least. Then... moving on up the ladder if I feel the need. I do really well when I stay on LC for many days, then have one cheat day. I have always done well that way.... right now I have been off plan (though I am happy to say weight is fluctuating right now between 150.5 and 152.5), and I want that surge of energy back, and just to get rid of NEEDING crap. ~ I know I don't need it, but it was NICE to be free for a bit to get my mind clear of all the dieting clutter I created for myself.

Welcome back. I'm back too after a 4.5 year break in which I had two babies and tried off and on again to do it on my own. Wow...you've made great progress. You started out where I am now and you are at my goal weight. What does it feel like? You must feel so proud of yourself!

Aww! Honestly, it feels wonderful, but it took me a long time to figure that out. Mentally I was a lot slower at realizing the changes my body made then the actually changes took. Now that I have that appreciation and realization, I am ready to kick it to the next level. Just remember stay on track ~ your worth it!

Sometimes I think we know things, but we don't believe them.

Once we can say, "I believe that eating this stupid 'treat' will upset my tummy and make me exhausted," we find them easier to pass up.

Well, Sheila. That's two of us. At least. I'm kicking myself in my (bigger) behind until I get my LC act together again.

Best wishes.
