Chicken and kale soup
I mixed all this together a few days ago and love it. Hope you also try it and enjoy it.
1# fresh, chopped fine
3 qts chicken broth
1 qt. water
2 cloves fresh garlic minced
1/4# bacon
simmer all for at least one hour
add 1 can coconut milk
1 pint thick cream
1/4 # chopped, cooked chicken
season to taste with salt,pepper,butter, and enjoy
