I picked up a couple of rib-eyes for $6.49 per pound, yesterday and planned for us to have that but DH was going to work late and ate a late lunch late so I decided to go eat dinner at the Chinese buffet early at 4:00.
I had a 6-7 oysters, 4 sushi-insides only, baby bok-choy and this great clear soup with chicken, celery a little tomato and red chili. One large pork Rib wiping sauce off on a napkin and cutting off the outer layer.
So good and ribeye tomorrow night.

Hungarian goulash low carb version cooked in Crockpot 8-10 hours
So easy to make, brown the meat and basically throw it all into the slow cooker with vegetable of choice

went out to eat after basically fasting all day to do an endurance event, so i only had 1/2 Quest bar and some perky jerky.
For dinner, i was starved- had artichoke and spinach dip with carrots and celery, shared with friends
insides chicken philly cheesesteak
side salad with left over artichoke dip
vodka with club soda
