I am loving her "express" DVD's. I have been really pressed for time so the 30 minutes has been working with my schedule just perfect.
Last night I did the 30 minute express 2 n 1 "brisk walk" it was 2 miles
---and I bought my WATP walk belt off Ebay I'm unstoppable now!!!

I like the belt, the five mile challange uses that, and the stretchie and hand weights, and I noticed that my arms look good even in sleeveless tops now, at 47 thats a good thing i did the walk and jog tape today, 2 1/2 miles.

This weekend was an amazing walk weekend for me. I usually fall off the wagon on the weekend but I was focused and stayed on target!
Friday I did WATP Walk/Kick 30 minutes
Saturday I did WATP 3 miles Super Fat Burning 45 minutes
Sunday I did WATP Special Edition Deluxe Fat Burning 45 minutes I feel so good today after all that walking. I luv my new belt...it does wonders for my arms.

Last night I got called in to work and worked 12 hours so I didn't get my walking in at home, but since I spent half the night helping with order picking I walked a lot at work. Today its a bit warmer so I'm going to go walk around the lake a few times after I get motivated

alright Liddie...let's get you back on track. Do you have a pedi? You can at least track all that walking you do at work...that's got to be worth something as far as exercise goes.

I was so pressed for time last night but I managed to squeeze in the WATP Muscle Mile One DVD. 20 minutes and 1 mile. I'm glad I pressed on!

Hay Liddie Fabulous job on the 4 miles. YOU GO GIRL!!! I hope you get the batteries so you can track how much more you're walking each day.

Last night the hubby and I did WATP get up and get started. 1 mile & 100 crunches on the AB lounge.
This has been a really busy week for us with the kids so there has been very little time for longer workouts. I'm just happy we're doing SOMETHING.
I'd really like to get in 3 or 4 miles this evening. We shall see

Wow! I have to give it to you guys I've been doing then one mile
night walk because I've been overwhelmed by the holidays and have been totally off program eating wise. I've only gained 2 since thanksgiving so I'm working on maintaining my current weight until new years. If I tried lose now I would just stress myself out too much.

Happy Friday ladies
I am convinced that it is Murphy's Law that everything MUST go wrong when you are focused on trying to work out and lose weight. I have been steadfast with my WATP and I'm so proud of myself. I have 4 kids, two dogs and a husband and life is constantly in a frenzy at my house but somehow I am able to squeeze in my workouts. Feels so good!
Last night I did a 30 minute express walk WATP 2 miles down.

I've really got a great momentum going now!
WATP as follows:
12 /7 Friday** 5 miles 1 hour
12/8 Saturday** 1 mile Express 2 n 1 "easy walk" 20 minutes
12/9 Sunday** 4 mile Express Super Challenge 55 min** I then did** 3 mile Weight Loss Walk 45 minutes
I usually fall off the wagon over the weekend but this time I didn't
13 miles over the weekend~not bad huh??

12-12 Wednesday I went to the dentist and didn’t do anything but sleep.

12-13Thursday I did a little over half of my WATP 30 minute walk 1.5 miles done. My baby got sick so I had to cut it short.

12-14 Friday I got up and did WATP Morning Mile Walk. 1mile.
I'd love to workout twice a day a few days a week if I can get out of bed.

I'm working 12 hour shifts because of the Holidays and people calling in because of snow, I've been doing 1 milers though.
