Default 100 pounds gone!

Ok i would normally save this kind of post for my journal but i just felt like telling the world that as of this morning I have now lost 100 pounds!!! this is the very first goal i ever set for my self when i first started to exercise even before i started to do LC a little over 3 yrs ago. I now have 54 more pounds to go and I know I will lose the rest. I have absolutely no doubt in my mind. I LOVE this WOL. My wife told me this morning that before i started to exercise and diet she would have never thought that i would ever lose any weight yet alone lose 100 pounds. I used to b*tch about going to 7-11 on the corner when my car was busted. Now I ride my bike 10 miles, or hike 5. I want to say that i don't think i could of done it without all of the GREAT support from you guys on here. I have learned sooooo much. I am so glad my wife found this site for me so many months ago. Ok I will quit bragging now. I love you ALL!

Jon

ya ready to try snowboarding this winter
I gots everything ya need, and can even hook ya up with a free pass. this would be hard but you should start a snowboarding fund and try and save some money for a lesson, cuz I suck at teaching. I guarentee you if you learn how it'll be one of the funnest things you've ever done
