There's a new poster to the forum who mentioned that his doctor wants him to explore LOW GLYCEMIC diet plans.

Can anyone assist Jim?

In answer to your question--The Glycemic Load Diet. It is what my doctor wants me to follow. I found the book in the library to see if I want to purchase. I am only in the middle of it and haven't gotten to the meat of the plan! Just thought I would hop in and answer your question!!
