Default egg & meat fast?

I've read where the egg and meat fast helps jump start weight loss if you're at qa stall. What exactly consists of this (food & amounts, etc.)? I'm not only at a stall but this morning my weight was 4 lbs. higher, I don't think I did anything different over the weekend, (a little more coffee w/heavy cream maybe).

I have been on it...well maybe not but close to it for two days. I had one small salad yesterday. I was at 169.2 Saturday morning and am at 163.8 this morning. It seems to be working but I really do feel like poo. Of course it could be a sinus infection I am fighting not sure.

It shouldn't work at all.

Eating only meat and eggs will put you into gluconeogenesis.

The last 9 pounds I have lost have been on M&E. I didn't lose for 3 weeks in the middle of it and I was eating at induction levels. Now that I am back on M&E I am feeling better and have absolutely zero cravings. Even on induction I would get cravings. I started out using M&E to kick start my weight loss, but I am feeling really good and I am going to continue to use it regularly. Its pretty extreme, so I'm sure that its not for everyone, but I like it.

Gluconeogenesis

And why is that bad? I looked it up, and it said that it means deriving energy from non-carbohydrate sources (such as fat and protein). Isn't that what Atkins does as well?

I'm doing it and I feel the best I have EVER felt before. I have so much energy I don't know what to do with all this time I have on my hands from only needing 6 hours of sleep a night! Also, I've lost 2 inches off of my waist, 1.5 inch of my hips, and .5 an inch of each thigh...only in 1 week!

It sure does work!
