Hello
I'm Cheeky (you can call me cheek) and mostly just come to read other people stories because the regular instructions didn't work for me. Before, I just ate bad stuff and avoided meat. I never like vegetables and fruit and I thought avoiding meat was the healthier instead of just bad stuff to do. Then I started with the keto and it felt good then but then it didn't because I was keep trying to eat the vegetables like it said and the more the vegetables the more it didn't feel good and I can't do it. Then I was just like lazy keto which was just like how I ate before except with meat and sometimes with meat and no other. Then I saw Eat meat and drink water so now I think it is ok and now I want to only do it. I think it will be how I eat so I don't have to eat vegetables or fruit and so I can feel good all the time.
