Default Suggestions as to what I'm doing wrong, please.

I've just recently had my blood work done and everything seems fine. However, I've gained weight, have a lot of hair loss, aches and pains, exhaustion and more symptoms. I have taken levothyroxine 200mcg for 25 years now, Hashimoto's, and have never been thrilled with my progress. I do 30 min of cardio two to three times a week, 30 min Interval training two to three times a week.

TSH= 0.050 (lab says 0.380-4.0 normal)
FT4= 1.75 (lab says 0.70-1.90 normal)
FT3= 2.61 ( lab says 2.00-4.20 normal)

Everything seems fine to me so I was wondering what I'm messing up. I had lost 38 pounds and was pleased but now I seem to be gaining for no apparent reason. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Your FT3 is kind of lowish and you might have a lot of RT3. You might be better off taking Armour thyroid, or supplementing your T4 with Cytomel.

Here's a good place for info: http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/

Good luck!

Thank you for taking the time to give me your suggestions and the site. I'll read through the site and get the Armour next time.
