Default Tell me again that this can work!

I am coming back to schwarzbein after a few years off. Things have only gotten worse for me since leaving and now I feel that it may take me so long to heal and start losing weight I may get discouraged. Last week I was so dead tired I could not move, it was like my body was made of lead. I had a bad weekend with lots of carbs and wine. I feel stuck like I cannot go back to my old ways but I cannot go ahead either. I am at this place where no matter what I do I gain weight and it scares me. I know this will work eventually I just need to know how to get thru the next couple of months until I feel better. Anyone who has been there before? I feel like my body is changing but in ways that I maight not like. My legs and arms seem to be getting smaller but I look about 9 months pregnant. But today is better than yesterday and I can only hope that tomorrow will be better than today.~~~~~~~~~~~Amy

hi Amy,

this will work.

you just have to stop cheating.

if this were easy, the world would look like a Baywatch show.

you can do it!

Hang in there. I feel your pain! I just started Schwarzbein five days ago and also feel like my belly is just enormous right now. Maybe it's that I'm allowing myself to eat carbs such as tortillas, chips and crackers for the first time in ages and my digestive system doesn't remember how to handle it? I have no appetite, either.

Try to focus on the goal of good health. According to Schwarzbein's latest book, it's quite common to feel crappy while you're healing.
