Default Both at once!

I quit smoking on Feb 14 and started low carbing on the 15th. It feels good to actually lose weight when quitting smoking, and it sure helps with the munchies when you are in induction and have the supressed hunger thing going on! It's a good distraction and it helps to support a healthy way of living!
