Yesterday I discovered Califia Farms Toasted Coconut Almond Milk at the supermarket. I've had Almond milk, and I've had Coconut milk. I never thought of combining the two. But this stuff is so good! It has a sweetness (provided by some monk fruit extract, according to the label). It's like a milkshake but with good fats and almost no carbs. And only 50 calories in an 8 ounce glass!

I wonder if you can make ice cream with it in an ice cream maker?

Would this be allowed on induction using DANDR?
