Default Getting bored

Hello everyone, I'm looking for a good low carb bagel. I'm starting to get bored with my diet or just lazy, which always happens. Any recommendations for snacks? Thanks.

cheese, nuts, a chicken leg, peperami, pork rinds, salads........Have a look through some of the "What we eat for breakfast, dinner" etc to get some ideas. Why is that you think not eating carbs is boring???? Bottom line is food is fuel, its not meant to be some exciting adventure. That said, many on here love the fact that they dont have to limit their portions, eat small amounts, count calories, avoid high fat, fight cravings.... and can eat well!

I haven't tried them, but there seems to be a newer brand of 'Micro' low carb bagels (I've seen them at Netrition and Low Carb You). I think Healthwise Bakery also makes them. I'm not sure I buy into the carb counts, but - might be worth a shot to see if it will fit into your lifestyle. Good luck!
