Default TSH = 5,4 what should I do

I got a blood test and my TSH is 5,4 but didn't get more info for T3, T4, and so.

Should I ask for a deeper thyroid test or I can be sure i got hypothiroidism

Well, that's hypothyroid by any measure. The newer blood tests have the cut-off range around 2.5 - 3.5.

You should get tested for both Thyroid Ab and TPO antibodies to rule in/out Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, an autoimmune disease that has a very different treatment protocol that simple hypothyroidism. According to our resident thyroid disease experts on this forum, a majority of women with thyroid problems have Hashimoto's. If your doctor won't order the tests, you can order it yourself.
