hi everyone,
some of u may have heard that beside coconut oil, oregan oil and garlic, another powerful and natural way of killing these yeasts is the grapefruit seed extract. its an antifungal, antibiotic antibacetria it helps in every illness.

Just fyi, I have used all of the above but I absolutely could NOT stomach the GFSE. Nasty nasty bitter. Even a few drops. Yuck. And I bought a huge bottle of it too! Bah!
