Casandra,

You are not eating enough protein. You should be eating at least 90 grams of protein a day. Thats if you want to be cut and lean. Right now your lifting weights for no reason because you have to intake the protein to help maintain the muscle, if you don't intake enough protein you won't build the muscle that burns the fat. Uptake your protein, drink about a gallon of water a day and you will drop the weight fast.
