Hi pmezak,
Yeah, no wonder these diets work for some and not for others??! After all this time on the BTD my family and I are definitely believers! My husband is an A (natural vegetarian) and the rest of us are B's (we can eat most dairy -yea!). My husband is MUCH happier and healthier cutting way down on meats. I have a friend that is also a B and has been eating chicken a lot, thinking that it is good for her, and she has gained considerable weight! So I reminded her to stay away from that and she is losing again.

I don't think it matters what other program you follow as long as you eat right for your blood type.

Keep me posted on your progress, I'm interested to know if things will progress better for you this way.

Anyone else using this method with SP, adkins or south beach, etc?

Hi Latte,
yeah, I was following southbeach, but it uses things like splenda, etc. I really can't eat those and lose weight. Going to try to follow the btd more closely, along with schwarzbein principles. I really think whole foods are the way to go. I already knew from reading schwarbein, that "diet" type foods don't work for me....
Do you go to the BTD website, dadamo.com, there's a forum there....?

So what’s the final result on your experience with Glucofast?

I have a friend who's really into all that supplement stuff, and is taking glucofast along with a few other supplements by that company. He's a fan.
