Question Russian Tea Recipe? Karen?

Cold weather is coming - finally! One of my favorite things to drink during the cold weather is instant Russian Tea.
I have the basic recipe. Does anyone know how to make it low carb?
1 cup dry instant tea (I can use decaf)
1 cup dry lemonade mix (I can use crystal light)
1 cup dry orange mix like tang (what can I use?)
1 cup sugar (probably don't need this with all of the other sweetener. This can be eliminated.)
1 tablespoon cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg

Mix together and store. Into one cup of hot water, add 3 - 4 teaspoons of mixture.

I will take any suggestions.

Turner

Hmmm... you'll have to play with it because crystal light doesn't come in cup sized servings. It uses splenda which is far more concentrated than sugar is.

Also, Crystal light makes an orange flavored drink called "Sunrise" now.

the crystal light drink is amazingly like tang, but uses sperteme I think. Only the premade ones have splenda.

You could also use low carb orange juice added, but that would be a completely different taste. Maybe small amounts of orange kool-aid?

Kraft makes sugar-free Tang, so you could use that?
