Unhappy HELP!! I don't know what foods not to mix together??!!

Hi, well I've come to the internet for help. I've tried to read the Eat Yourself Slim by Montignac but I just don't understand what foods I can eat at the same time??

I usually cook meat and vegies and I've bought Brown Basmati Rice last weekend as I read somewhere in the book that this rice was ok (I think).

Can I mix meats and this Brown Rice??

I've been preparing for my boyfriend these salades with Lettus, Prawns, Avocados and this Lemon mayonnaise with no sugar... I added some smoked Troute and also made for him a cuccumber salade from the Montignac Recepie book...

My boyfriend came home last night feeling with no energy to space and fell asleep on the couch at 9pm... which he's never done before. He felt he has absolutely no energy... I felt so guilty, I don't think I'm mixing my foods correctly?

I need help to understand what foods I can mix or not mix together... Can you help?

Patsy

There is a thread "other low carb plans" and the Montignac way is there. Perhaps you may find an answer in that.

Wish I could be more help but I am unfamiliar with Montignac.

You cannot mix meat with brown rice if your are in phase 1 and you want to loose weight. If your goal is to stay at your current weight, then you are in phase 2 and it is OK.
