I'd like to use it as an energy source but mostly to burn fat. I have been stuck with my last 20-30 lbs for over a year and no matter what I do, it's not going away.
I decided for me just eating healthy and trying to keep the carbs at a minimum is the way to go due to my IBS issues. But exercising it's another whole topic, just don't have the energy for it.
That said, if I start with what Built recommended 12.5 mg E, 100 mg C. in the morning, that should be twice a day, right? I'm guessing it's 25 mg E and 200 caffeine daily?
I just need a little kick on the butt to get me off my bed at 5:00 am to workout. and losing a few lbs would definitely encourage me some after almost a year of stalling!
