Hi, I'm in Hilo too! Actually i live in Kurtistown. That's kewl i thought there was NO ONE at all on atkins on this island hehe
You and my son are the same age, he's born in 1979 too.

Where have everyone gone since April? There's gotta be more Hawaii resident members here!!!!

I don't know about finding bread, but at least you Oahu folks can get Da Vinci LC syrup there and heavens knows what else low carb.
