I haven't changed anythingif anything I've added a few more carbs.. I've had some honeydew melon and more nuts...I am still trying to walk a mile a day,but I've missed some as the kids keep me busy.I really feel good about myself for hanging in there, even though at times it was tuff..You will lose too,if you keep trying.You will have a good weigh in Friday!!!Keep Smiling.
