Hi Charms; you can log your food into your journal that you started, here it is: http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthre...781#post9167781
oh, I see you want to use My Plan. I haven't found it to be that user-friendly for logging food - you might have better luck than I.
I used fitday.com to log my food and then just post it in my journal on here if I feel like it

Did you know this tool (MyPLAN) has a dedicated forum here just to help? You can start with the "Some basic MyPLAN info and FAQ's" sticky thread there.

Or, you could go to Fitday. But MyPLAN has lots of features that Fitday doesn't. And once you go to the MyPLAN forum, you can ask anything you like, and someone will come along to answer your question, although you may find a lot of them have already been answered in that sticky. And please remember, all questions are good questions here.

You could also reduce your stress and write down what you ate with pen and pencil, look up carbs, if the food has any. That is all I did for 8 months before deciding to be a bit more serious about watching carb amounts and what are known as macros.
Ease into it.
The Wheat Belly books focus on the foods you can/can't have...counting is only added later is not at goal.
