12/10/05 half hour on the eliptical

12/11/05 half hour on the eliptical and half hour shoveling......ughhh!

Tomorrow: Start eating low carb again wish me luck!

Good Luck Katie,

I would love to have an elliptical trainer. I wanted one for my birthday but my husband bought me a stationary bike instead. I used to use it all the time but I haven't in a while, I think since I started jogging on my treadmill. I finally started jogging again yesterday after not doing that for about 3 weeks. I'm hoping to get into a routine again.

Anyways.....I wish you great success.

12/12/05 - 30 min on elliptical

12/13/05 - 20 min on elliptical

12/14/05 - 30 min on eliptical, 20 min shoveling snow.....ughhhhhh

gained 1 1/2 lbs over night?!!?!?! I think it might be water weight cause I had 10 peices of bacon for dinner only 350 cals but a lot of sodium!

Thanks so much for stopping by my gym log. It's so nice to get encouragement. It looks like you do a lot on the elliptical machine too. Mine's making funny noises, so I need to figure out what the problem is before I try to get on it again. I hope all's well with you. You're doing a great job so far!

Back after the holiday break

1/3 20 min on elliptical
1/4 20 min on elliptical
1/7 30 min on elliptical
1/8 30 min on elliptical, 50 sit ups, 10 push ups

Not doing "low carb" anymore....just watching what and how much I eat along with working out......I think for me that will be more realistic for me long term...

PM - 30 min on elliptical

1/10

AM - 30 min on elliptical

PM - 30 min on treadmill, walking good pace and jogging for 2 min in between ( 3 times )
