Walnut, thanks for those new resources, if they are pitched to the average reader I will add them to my list on using Ketogenic diets with standard of care treatment. My favorite book now is
Keto for Cancer http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=478439. Because Miriam has so much practical experience, she includes advice on what to eat in special cases of dealing with side effects at the same time, and working with your cancer team.
Dr Fung’s new series on cancer is good for the explanations of why, like Dr Edes series, but more in depth, and long. He had to break it off at 15 parts because the new book will keep him busy, he will continue the series later.
So much is going on in this area, but have to be cautious that the promise is not overstated.
Two new women integrative Oncologists I have added as resources:
Keto Oncologist , Jocelyn Tan M.D. author of Ketogenic Diets and Cancer: Emerging Evidence, Feb 2017 . Many blog posts and resources on her website. She updates a list of Clinical Trials with the Ketogenic Diet. Wide-ranging yet simple “Open Letter from Oncologist to Patients”

https://youtu.be/W_diITmOeCM others articles on website.
Slide deck from a 2017 version of same talk “Cancer Restriction to Enhance Cancer Therapy”
