Jennamom, you're going to hear this repeatedly in the replies you receive. You cannot attempt Dr. Atkins' diet without first reading the book that explains it. Online forums and websites are a great aid to the whole LC experience but they cannot replace reading the book. We want every one who comes here to be successful, and this is one tools for success. Changing your way of eating is serious business.

Click the link on the right of the page called "which LC plan is right for me". Different plans are explained with sample menus. Pick one that best suits you and get yourself a copy of the book. Atkins is the most popular LC plan, but there are other great ones out there.
