Thumbs up Tea & artificial sweetners

I'm wondering since it's only my second day, should I be drinking hot tea with artificial sugar?

I need some opinions on this b/c I'm on my second cup of the day.

& what are some foods that really got you through on your first two week?

Thanks-A-Bunch,
Keinabn

There is a type of herbal tea on the market that contains the plant 'stevia' which is a natural sweetener. What type of artificial sweetener are you using? Some are better than others.

The foods that got me through induction? Well... are you ready??

Butter
Bacon
More butter
More bacon
Sugar free jello
Asparagus with butter.
Whipped cream (home made)
Lobster with butter.
Pork chops with butter.
Broccoli with butter.

I lost 9 pounds in the first 2 weeks and ate 2 pounds of butter.
