Default question about stats

How often do people change their stats on here....I wiegh in at a support group every week...on Tuesday. Should I go in and change my stats when I lose....does it matter?
I do look at where people are at, when I read their posts...not all of them...but a lot I do read. I guess it would probably help to see that percentage green line change. Mine says 6% right now...and it would be cool each time it goes past a 10% mark...ore even the 5 % marks.

Cheryl, there's certainly no "rule" for the forum. Some people weigh in every week -- or every month -- and some people weigh in every day and change a stat the moment they hit a new number. Some people change stats if they gain, and others don't. Whatever works for you -- and you can change your mind You don't have to do the same thing every time.

The percentage thing is wonderful. It makes us all equal in a way -- those who have 200 pounds, 100 pounds, 50 pounds, 10 pounds to lose all have to travel the same road. We all have to make it 100 percent to goal

hi Cheryl. i had to answer you cause i posted this exact same thing about 2 weeks ago. Change it when ever you feel the urge.

Like you said...i loved it when i saw that % change. If i have a bad day (over christmas i had a few) i didnt change it to put it higher, i just left it cause i knew it would come off again. Maybe the guilt made me work harder.

In the end, its up to you. But i cant sit here withough changing it.
