Pretty sure my problem is way more intolerance than addiction; looked at Amazon and see a stack of books on the topic. Can't afford them all. Does anyone here have any recommendations for books about food intolerance?

thx

I don't know much about food intolerance. But I do know that you should be able to check them out without having to buy them. Try your local library. Or you can go to one of the bookstores like Books a Million or Barnes and Nobles. You can sit in the store and read through the books before buying them.

Hope this helps.

I don't know if it's still in print but there is an excellent book called "No More Cravings" by Dr. Douglas Hunt that addresses food allergies and even has an in home test.

Big Val is right. A large bookstore, that you can sit and read in would be ideal for finding just the book you need.
