Default Protein / Whey Powder

Hey guys,

just wondering if any of you use any of the protein powders, and if you do, which ones do you use?

I found a whole lot of recipes that call for the powder, either natural or vanilla flavour, but wouldnt have a clue which ones to use.

thanks,
Gagalina

I use a plain whey protein powder by Sponser - I love it. Also, it's made with whey protein isolate so it doesn't create and trouble despite the fact that I'm dairy-intolerant.

I also used the Vanilla Show-Me-The-Whey, which is delicious and only sweetened with stevia.

I plan on ordering this one next month: Healthy N' Fit Whey Protein - I heard good things about it - plus it's sweetened with stevia and it's affordable

Hi ElisaB,

I just ordered some from the Uk (http://www.worldwideshoppingmall.co.uk)

Whey Protein Isolate Natural Flavour 300g
Soya Protein Amino Mix Natural Flavour

They do free delivery for the UK and Europe, so that's handy. Hopefully its tasty too, cause I've no experience with this stuff. I'll let ya know when I get it and how it tastes.

They had vanilla and other flavours too, but they were all sweetened with aspartame, so I just got hte natural flavour, so going to be adding some splenda and some vanilla or cocoa power.
