Smile Introducing myself

Hello. Well, I finally registered after weeks of browsing. I am not real computer savy so please forgive me for anything I do while I am learning this process. I started the Atkins diet last week and I am doing good. I have lost about 6 pounds, 2 inches from my waist. 1/2 inch from bust and 1/2 on my hips. I am having one problem. I am finding it is hard to eat enough fat. It is getting harder to longer I do this. I think my taste buds are so used to low fat that they are shocked by all the fat. Any suggestions would be great. I noticed
that everyone is soooo supportive here and I feel that is a great factor in losing weight. Keep it up!!

Hi Pepper,

I'm glad you finally "delurked."

You've made a great start - well done!

In your browsing, did you go to "Low Carb Tips" on the orange bar at the top of the screen? If not, I would invite you to read the great info there. I would also suggest you read "Hot Links" in the Newbies' Questions - lots and lots of info from previous threads.

All the best to you!

Rosebud
