well this is the umteenth time I've been a "newbie" I am 5'4" tall and weigh about 170 lbs, to my liking this is 25 lbs heavier than I'd like to be. I have a 19month old daughter who, I'm sorry to say, but is the association of the weight gain. It took nine months to gain the weight and completely distroy my eating habits! All of my 25 lbs are on my tummy, upper butt hips, and thighs. I am now committed to losing this weight as the weather is warming up here in Canada and soon the shorts will have to come out as well as the bathing suits. my husband loves to be outdoors so I will be there with him.

I am in my late twenties and work full time with my lunch hours for my gym time.

I'm looking for a buddy with similar goals, age, and weight to loose to help me along. And maybe just maybe this will be enough for me to get through this induction process which I am starting tomorrow.
