Default Beat a Yeast Infection with Pinecone Extract

Hey Everybody,

This has worked for me so far and I thought I would share it with all of you. First of all I suffered from yeast on and off for about 2 years after taking antibiotics for an infection. I tried numerous things but nothing worked.

I started taking pinecone extract a few months ago and my immune system feels stronger. I not only did this, but I also changed up my lifestyle and take Udo's oil daily. I get more rest, I do not spend my time up late gaming too often, and I am more active.

I think these changes and taking care of my immune system with the pinecone extract has helped me get over yeast so far. I hope it continues and wondering if any of you have tried pinecone extract before.
