How does exercise impact weight loss while low carb? After last baby, I am back on former plan of Atkins, weight training plus I have added 5 miles on my exercise bike 4 days a week. I am 10 days in on Induction and have lost about 8 lbs.

I am wondering how doing both exercise and low carb has impacted weight loss and metabolism.

What goals should I set? I want to set a goal for the end of June and also for the end of July and I am trying to be realistic.

Exercise is always good. If you are eating strict low carb, then walking, cycling and moderate weight training are all suitable. If you want to go running, or do martial arts, or mountain biking, or intense weight training, you might have to modify your diet a bit. Check in some of the advanced fora for more details.

Good luck.
