Water variation
I weigh myself every time I go to the gym (3X/week), on the same scale. I am a 200 lb 73 y.o. white male following a generally low-carb diet.
I've found that if I binge and eat a "significant' amount of carb--say, a small loaf of bread--my weight might go up as much as 8 lbs, roughly 60 hours after I've pigged out; and it goes back down to normal after an addition 72 hours or so.
Has anyone else experienced this?
