My week ends on Sunday as I started last Sunday. I am one of those freaks that cant stay off the scale. I am down 4 lbs. This is really really working! So excited!

Fantstic!! You must feel great. I started 'properly' about 6 days ago and this morning appeared to have lost about 6lbs! Wow.

Thanks guys, you are all doing so well too, keep up the good work, i even went out for dinner yesterday to brewers fayre and had chicken and bacon salad, never beore have i done that!!! Even managed to not have my daughters leftover chips and ice cream

, out tonight to a steakhouse, the only downfall will be the alcohol but i'll just stick to Vodka and hopefully be ok x

Try not to have the vodka, Megan, and order a sparkling water with ice and lemon instead in order not to delay your progress while your body burns the alcohol as a preferred fuel!!

Why risk derailing such a promising start?!?
