Has anyone experienced less hair growth where unwanted and more hair growth on the head since losing weight and modifying their carbs? Is Atkins the best way to do this?

My Doc told me that weightloss would definitely help with the symptoms of PCOS including the hirsuitism and because of the insulin issues, I think low carb is definitely the way to go!

yes

although I never had the problem with losing hair, mine was the too much in all the wrong places hair.

Yes, low carbing has stopped it cold. And mine was bad. I am doing laser therapy to remove what I have, because you'll only ever get rid of it that way. But nothing new is coming in.

I've done electrolysis too but laser removal is the best.
