I've had 8.6 carbs today. I haven't had dinner yet, and I'm getting hungry but I don't feel like eating meat. This is a first for me lol. I might just eat vegetables and 4 oz of cheese.
The more I got away from those pesky carbs, but more I actually craved meat. But actually, I don't crave much of anything. I think I've managed to get to a place where I eat to satisfy hunger, without any particular cravings. This is good.
I skip meat for dinner all the time and I think it has helped my weight loss. At the very least it keeps me happy because it give me more freedom with my meals. Last night I had broccoli slaw for dinner
