You really need more fat, and less protein, if you want to both be satisfied and get into ketosis. But, I'm sure you know that it will take as long as it takes. The first time is usually pretty rapid, but cycling in and our can make it tougher.
Enough fat, and it's much easier to stick with it, and NOT fall down.
Next time you are getting a salad at Costco, pick up a bag of the Kirkland chopped bacon, and throw some on there, for flavor and fat.
Of all the things I get from Costco, that's the one I don't want to run out of, because I use it all the time. Heh. Tonight I made a stir fry with frozen raw shrimp and broccoli slaw. Of course, I threw in a couple of handfuls of the chopped bacon!
