Default Interesting TV show

I like to watch shows on Netflix that no one else in my family has any interest in. I'm home during the day and I can watch whatever I want. I recently found "My Fair Wedding". It's a reality show about a wedding planner that specializes in taking over a bride's wedding plans on very short notice with only weeks before a wedding date when she is overwhelmed and her plans are not heading toward the vision in her head of what her wedding should be.

The thing about this show is that several of the brides that he features are overweight ladies. He absolutely treats them like queens and there is nary a hint that he thinks they have to settle for anything less than the skinniest skinny minnie girl that they love to show in bridal magazines. The girls themselves have disparaging things to say and he behaves like he just finds this beyond belief. You may not like everything about the show but he treats these women in ways that if the rest of the world treated all heavy people, there would be no negative self images out there. I love wedding dresses, cakes and flowers so I like that aspect. He's a little critical of choices but these women have reached out to him so they aren't happy with them either.

I just thought of all the negative body image posts when I saw this and thought some people might like it.
