Question Recommended Potassium Supplement?

Hi all, I was hoping someone could suggest a good (effective!) potassium supplement that I could get hold of at short notice, preferably from a large chain supermarket that will be open on a Sunday. My local Holland and Barrett doesn't open on Sundays.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Potassium is easiest and cheapest to take as a potassium salt that you sprinkle on food like ordinary salt.

Have a look in your supermarket in the bit where they sell the normal salts, and you are bound to find a salt replacement of some kind. Here we have "No Salt" which is pure potassium, and there are a couple of others which are half sodium and half potassium salt.

I use this. It's 100% potassium chloride and it's in my local supermarket...

Thanks for the suggestions - I couldn't find any of that type of salt in my local supermarket, but it is quite small and limited in selection. I ended up getting a bag of avocados though!

Will have a look this week for the brands suggested above.
