Default Has losing weight made you look older?

Sure I feel great and my body looks 100% better but my face looks older without that fat to plump those fine lines.

So I'm doing a 30 day experiment with extra virgin coconut oil twice a day on my face , neck and hands.

It's only been 1 week and already I see an a difference, my pores seem smaller and my looks soft and glowing. The most surprising thing is I have this suspicious growth on my face ( if I had insurance I would of had it checked) and it's starting go away, it went from dark brown to skin color and it's getter smaller.

If anyone else has had good results from using coconut oil on your skin, please share.

I have used coconut oil on my face and now also use it as a natural sunscreen. If sun is too intense then I cover up, wear a hat, etc. It can however be a bit too greasy for day use for face.

I recently saw a medical aesthetician for loose skin after weight loss. She recommended the Palmer's Cocoa Butter line, and I have found the Skin Therapy Oil to be nicely moisturizing for my face. A small pump bottle in Walmart is about $4. Soaks in well but skin still feels soft.

Her number one tip is dry skin brushing, but of course, not for face.
