A little late, but here are my July 1 numbers. Was camped in the wilderness of Utah, and could not post until today:
Neck 17.5 16.25
Bicep 15 14.5
Forearm 12.5 12.5
Wrist 7.125 7
Chest 48 46
Waist 45.5 44
Hips 44.5 44
Thigh 23.5 23
Calf 15.5 15.5
Ankle 8.75 8.50
A total loss of 6.125 inches and a loss of 9 pounds in fat.
But, perhaps the most important was a marked increase in physical fitness and strength. I am still doing my Canadian Air Force routine before breakfast, and weight lifting has improved significantly. Upped all my weights during this challenge period. Now can do 2 full pullups and 20 pushups on the bar, plus working on dips as well.
Thanks for the inspiration, and the keeping up my motivation to continue working. This challenge helped me to work through a major setpoint, and now that I am below 220#, finally, I can speed on toward losing the rest of the fat, and toward increasing my fitness and strength even more.
